We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep client records for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law. We delete information when it is no longer needed.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure, including encrypted devices, access controls and secure storage. We do not transfer client data over unsecured channels.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information, where there is no legal reason to keep it
- Object to or restrict how we use your information
